With regard to other items of expenditure, most

of which will presumably be defrayed in equal shares

by the Powers represented, such as rent for the build-

ing in which the Commission will meet, printing, sta-

tionery, telegrams, clerk hire etc., it is difficult

until the duties and the probable duration of the Com-

mission are more definitely known, to form an es-

timate, but the amount should not be large seeing the

number of Powers that will be represented.
